Cancellation and Refund
No Refunds for Server or Learning Issues:
Rose Homemade Foods is not liable for any challenges faced due to:- Server incompatibility.
- Delays in the learning curve regarding the usage or functionality of the product or service.
Refund requests for issues outside the scope of our agreement with the client will be deemed invalid.
Non-Refundable Charges:
We do not provide refunds for:- Installation charges.
- Non-labor-related charges or other services rendered.
Support Services:
Support will be made available to help clients overcome challenges. Our team is committed to providing assistance and suggestions to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of rights. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Rose Homemade Foods and the client and supersede any prior agreements.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our sole discretion. If the changes are material, we will provide a notice at least 30 days prior to their implementation. Continuing to use our services after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please discontinue use of the services.
